The Lipscomb & Pitts Claims Department is comprised of a team of dedicated professionals that hold numerous degrees and industry specific designations including: Juris Doctor, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), Certified WorkComp Specialist (CWCS), and Associate in Claims (AIC).

Our Senior Claims Counsel, Michael Devore, serves as the head of our Claims Department.  Michael is a licensed attorney with a background in insurance defense litigation. He leverages a comprehensive set of advocacy skills in order to help protect the interests of business owners and employers with respect to a wide range of insurance claims.

Our Claims Director specializes in property claims advocacy and brings a wealth of experience earned over the course of an extensive career.

Finally, our skilled Claims Advisors help coordinate the Claims Management process for our clients.
