My focus surrounds designing Commercial Insurance and Life Insurance programs, while advising companies on strategies to help control their exposure to loss and total cost of risk.

I specialize in creating nationwide master insurance programs for investors and managers of residential portfolios, apartment communities, office parks and warehousing.
