Employers have many questions to how the evolving situation related to COVID-19 will impact their benefit plans. To help employers address some of these issues we have decided to change our focus of the upcoming benefits compliance webinar scheduled for March 26, 2020. The webinar was originally designed to help employers understand HSA administration and compliance. We now intend to spend the first portion of the webinar covering COVID-19 benefits related issues, such as enrollment changes including delays in open enrollments, how reduced hours may effect full-time status, and more. We will then provide a shortened version of the HSA compliance discussion we had originally planned. Please note the webinar may run a little longer than the scheduled 60 minutes.
